HCPCS G0570: General BHI add-on for patients also receiving APCM
New 2026 add-on code letting a practitioner furnish general Behavioral Health Integration services to a patient who is also receiving Advanced Primary Care Management (APCM) in the same month, instead of billing the standalone 99484.
Time threshold & code combinations

- Used instead of 99484 when the patient is also billed under APCM for the same month
- Not billed alongside G0568, G0569, 99492, or 99493 for the same patient and month
Who can bill
- Physicians and non-physician practitioners directing clinical staff, who are also billing APCM for the same patient
Eligibility & billing requirements

When to use it
