Eligibility & billing requirements
- Same eligibility as G3002
- G3002 must be billed first for the same month
- Only reported after the first 30-minute threshold (G3002) has been met
When to use it
Extended coordination for a complex pain case
After the first 30 minutes, the practitioner spends another 15 minutes coordinating with a physical therapist and adjusting the medication plan.
