- Physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists furnishing RTM under a therapy plan of care
Eligibility & billing requirements
- Active RTM episode monitoring a respiratory condition
- At least 16 days of data collected and transmitted in the 30-day period

A patient logs inhaler use and symptom scores through a connected app on 20 of 30 days.
