- Behavioral health clinicians furnishing RTM under an applicable plan of care
Eligibility & billing requirements
- Active RTM episode monitoring a cognitive behavioral therapy program
- At least 16 days of data collected and transmitted in the 30-day period
- Payment amount is set by the local Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) rather than the national fee schedule
